Welcome to sleep regression. It happens. We found ourselves co‑sleeping with my son for a while, just to steal a little rest. When we finally placed him in his crib, he still rose 2–3 times each night. Around ten months he settled into a rhythm and began sleeping though the night. At eleven months another regression arrived, and I was sitting in the nursery, trying to coax him back to sleep for an hour or two before he would wake again. Now, after his first birthday, we’re back to getting through the night.
Hang in there, brother. You’ll get there. Take shifts each night so you can each get some sleep. Tag each other in and out if you feel frustration creeping in. It gets better, I promise.
