Well, boys, I got married last night. Did I just wreck my back doing a handstand I haven’t tried in ages? Yeah. Am I paying for it this morning? Is there an ice pack anywhere?
Edited to give more clarif ication: I was on the dance floor with family. (If you don’t know the “Gator dance,” look it up.) I’m supposed to do a handstand for that dance. Going up was easy, coming down was fine, but the impact when my feet hit the ground was the issue.
