I fel it really needs to be combined with fasting, trying a few different approaches. I’ve heard there are certain foods that can stun parasites like raw pumpkin seeds, maybe papaya seeds, or other things people say can actually kill them. I wouldn’t want to spend money on any of those aftermarket products being sold. I think I could probably achieve the same results just by fasting and eating fruit, focusing on simple, natural ways to improve and heal my gut health.

This isn’t a thing. Parasite cleanses are total nonsense. If you think you have a parasite, just see a doctor and get proper treatment. Don’t fall for that BS.

You don’t need to fast or follow some special diet with a “magical” ingredient. A parasite infection can only be treated medically.

Yes! I do a cleanse twice a year. Nearly everyone has them, and they can be a cause of many diseases. You will feel the difference afterward. Don’t listen to the sheep telling you they don’t exist. Find a good integrative doctor/naturopath. There are also some good groups on fb with helpful info in you’re interested.

I'm a dad to both kids and horses, and taking ivermectin just seems crazy to me. It's not meant for human use. Ivermectin used to be $1.99 a tube, and now it’s around $19.99 if you can even find it. When I was overseas in the military, I got worms; you could literally see them in my stool. I went to the health unit and got a prescription for something else not ivermectin. Please be careful about ingesting cleanses that aren’t prescribed. If you think you have worms, ask the doctor for a stool sample and don’t self‑medicate.

If you’re certain you have parasites, see a doctor right away! If you suspect them, start taking garlic, papaya seeds, pumpkin seeds, and wormwood, and clean up your diet. Got an itchy sphincter at night? Grab pyrantel pamoate at Walmart.
