How do I delete old Android backups eating my Gmail storage?

To the IT/techy Dads. How do you delete the phone back‑up that consumes your Gmail storage? I'm using a Galaxy S25 phone and had successfully used a secondary email for the back‑up. Just wanted to free up the primary email. Thanks in advance! Any suggestions?
