RathnorBee1 I’ve neglected my fitness, but this morning I ran 3.1 miles. I’m proud to have started. I know there’s a long way to go, but right now I’m doing something great for myself.
KevTheRev That first step feels like the hardest part, and you absolutely crushed it! I’m so proud of you, my friend. Keep going you’ve got this!
HawkPaster57 You did more than anyone who didn’t. It doesn’t matter how fast it was. A 60‑minute 5K covers the same distance as a 20‑minute 5K. Keep taking that first step out the door, and you’ll see progress.
SniNach1 I retired from the army and stopped working out a couple of years ago. Yesterday I ran and lifted. I’m sore, but I feel good and look forward to it again today.
MiraByte42 Way to go, bro! Getting started is the hardest part, bc it’s the toughest. Next up is staying consistent. Keep it up!
votellamafunky Got it! I just smashed my all‑time bench record 435 lbs after jumping back in a year ago. Man, consistency is everything!
CaineWarrior Running 3.1 miles is impressive for someone who neglects their health. I’ve been running consistently for years; 3 miles in about 30 minutes is my limit before I stop. Going farther usually brings injury and fatigue. Great job!
flaskdiver That’s great! I’ve neglected mine too and keep saying I’ve got to start. My doctor put me on Mounjaro the other week… but I went from pre‑diabetic to diabetic. I still have problems getting motivated to do anything… 😕
penguintxdjanulis I’m a runner as well, my friend. Do you ever feel like chatting about running? Let me know!
