Dads Forum Only - Community Rules & Guidelines
Dads Forum Only is a place for fathers to connect, share experiences, and support each other. We want this to be a welcoming and encouraging space where every dad—new, experienced, or expecting.. To keep things positive and productive, we ask all members to follow these simple guidelines:
0. No moms
There are 1000 other mom communities out there. Sorry...
1. Keep It Supportive
This forum is built on encouragement, not judgment. Offer advice and share experiences in a way that lifts others up rather than tearing them down.
2. No Spam or Self-Promotion
We’re here to talk about parenting, not to be sold to. If you have a product or service that genuinely helps dads, reach out to the admins before posting. Otherwise, ads, affiliate links, and promotions will be removed.
3. Respect Each Other
Every dad has a different journey, and that’s okay. Personal attacks, insults, or heated arguments won’t be tolerated. Disagree respectfully and remember—this is a place for support, not debate.
4. Keep Discussions Relevant
Stay on topic within each thread. If you have a different question or experience to share, start a new discussion rather than steering an existing one off track.
5. No Duplicate or Flood Posting
If you’re asking a question, check first to see if it has already been answered. Avoid posting the same thing in multiple areas.
6. Use Clear & Respectful Language
Write your posts in a way that makes them easy to understand. Avoid excessive slang, all-caps, or unclear phrasing. Keep it clean—this is a family-friendly space.
7. Keep Personal Privacy in Mind
Don’t share personal details (yours or others’) that could compromise privacy. This includes full names, addresses, or private conversations.
8. Contributions Matter
Every question, tip, or story adds value to the community. Once you post, your contributions become part of the discussion and help other dads in the future.
9. Age Requirement
This forum is for dads 18 and older. While parenting is about kids, this is a space for fathers to talk openly with other adults.
By following these guidelines, we ensure Dads Forum Only remains a place where fathers can connect, learn, and support one another. Thanks for being part of the community!
