What are the best hidden gems to visit in Europe in November?

I’m looking for travel ideas. My wife and I will spend two weeks in Europe this November. Does anyone have some must‑hit spots in this area? I will tour the Game of Thrones castles in Croatia and will definitely see Paris and Rome. I need more ideas.

We loved the small SW German towns and castles.

If you like bigger places, Strasbourg, France, offers a gorgeous, fun town and an awe‑inspiring Notre Dame Cathedral that impresses from tourist, religious, architectural, and historic (ancient to WW2) viewpoints. Strasbourg is a UNESCO‑protected city for a reason run a Google image search on it.

Honestly, Paris is way overrated. I'd say try cities like Toulouse instead they’re far better. Still, I get the appeal of seeing “the capital.”

Yo, Cologne in Germany is gorgeous. Krakow in Poland is lit too. I’d say hit up the Auschwitz tour. It’s intense, but totally worth the grind.
