Can any dads help me find a singer to record my ALS song?

Hi everyone, I know this is a long shot, but with over 100,000 dads here, I thought it’s worth trying. I’m a 27‑year‑old dad of three. To keep it brief, I’m in hospice and dying from ALS. I recently wrote a song about what I’m going through and what’s constantly on my mind. Because ALS severely limits my breathing, I run ut of breath far too quickly to sing. Could any of you possibly know how to get in touch with a country singer or someone in pop?

Former hospice social worker here… Sorry to hear that, buddy.

We had a music therapist who got one.of our patients to meet her idol, Dolly Parton. A lot of moving parts were pulled to make it happen. We're linked with the biggest nonprofit hospital in SW Missouri. They posted a notice, and someone with connections reached out to Dolly and arranged it.

So, if your hospice has a music therapist, start there or check out SW. Write to the big country labels.

I’m sorry I can’t reply to each comment individually, but I really appreciate all of you. I made ann AI version of my song and had it performed by an AI service it turned out quite well. A producer, who also has his own band, will take that version and promote it to reach a wider audience. I’m hoping to connect with the vocalist I have in mind for the track, and the producer will also reach out to that artist’s management team to share the song. If anyone has a connection to the vocalist or can help get the post noticed, it could increase its visibility. Thanks again, everyone you’re awesome!

Check out the app Mytunes, an AI music generator. I believe it takes your voice and uses it to create cover songs. It may not be able to sing your song, but it is worth a look.
