How do I move on after my wife left me for her ex?

Dads, im struggling here 😞. I’ve devoted my life to this woman for 6 years. We got a beautiful 4‑yr‑old girl, and we’ve been seeing docs trying to get pregnant for months. Two days ago she left, saying she loves me but isn’t in love and it’s not fair to either of us. Today she admits she never fell in love ’cause she wasn’t over her ex.6 years ago. We’ve been married ~5 yrs. It’s all gone—memories, plans, effort. Any advice on how to make it through this? She acts like it’s no big deal and I should be okay. I’m devastated, work offshore, no break, I’m lost. 😢💔

Do as she does. Tell her it’s no big deal. Move on. If a woman can bring you down, another can lift you up. First, learn to be happy with yourself.

Honestly, just cut bait and move on. She still wants,her ex. You're off at work, and she has plenty of time to see him whenever she wants. You have zero control over that. The second a woman tells you she wants a break usually to see others that's your first clue she probably already is. First to file gets to make the complaint. The second poses an argument. Drop her now before you end up 10 to 15+ years with her, multiple kids in the mix, and she doesn't care about you at all.

Whoa buddy, I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy, but that’s just wild. If you weren’t in love with this person, why on earth would you have a kid with her? If she’s having trouble letting go of her ex, she should’ve moved on before you got married, or maybe not jumped into a relationship with you at all. This is really crazy, my friend. You deserve so much better much, much better.

Take the “L” and move on… Don’t hang around for “maybe” or “what if” scenarios move on, start stacking up money on the side and build a future for you and your kid. Make the time with your kid count.
