First time dad here, and my partner is a total pro since it's her third baby. Oru little one just won't stop crying, and we're pretty sure it's because they're hungry. The thing is, she can't express enough milk for me to bottle-feed, and we're really trying to avoid formula. So she's up all the time breastfeeding, and even though she says she's okay with it and tells me to sleep, I can't help feeling like I'm not being the best partner or dad. How can I step up and support her more?

Seriously, the best thing you can do is just shake off feeling down, get some rest so you can be fully there for her, and handle the house stuff so she can focus on what she needs to do. It doesn't make you a loser if you're doing something that doesn't involve the baby. Arguing won't help, so just be there 100% for her. The doctor told us that chilling is key everything works better when we're relaxed. Massaging her feet or shoulders can really help.
