I’m so excited to be part of such a supportive community!

Do you have any advice you could share about childbirth and those early days with the baby? My partner and I are getting ready for this incredible journey, and while she has two beauutiful kids already, this is my first time.

The delivery will be in Finland, and honestly, I’m a bit nervous about navigating everything in Finnish. I know I’ll probably feel a little lost, but I’m trying to stay positive.

If your partner has given birth before, you can relax a bit her body knows exactly what it’s doing. Ask her how you can help out. Start talking to her now about any tips or advice she has on what to keep in mind during the delivery. She might need help holding hands and breathing together. She might need assistance finding different positions to make things easier. Or maybe she just needs you to stay out of the way. 😄
