Hey, so I've been thinking, and if you can, you should totally consider getting a therapist to talk through what's going on. And don't be afraid to lean on your friends and family for support they can be a huge help. Take care of yourself, too, both physically and mentally. Eating healthy is a great place to start, and it can really help you cope iwth everything. Just remember, this tough time doesn't have to define you or turn you into a negative person. You can still be a role model, even in a really tough situation, and come out of it with your integrity intact.
I've actually been going through something similar lately, and I've been trying to take my own advice. I've been trying to better myself, even in small ways, and it's helped a lot. One thing that's really helped me is expressing gratitude every day for the good things in my life. It's easy to get caught up in the negative, but try to focus on the positive stuff, like being alive and capable of handling this situation. Thinking positive is hard, I know, but just try to do it as much as you can. It's not always easy, but it's worth it.
